                                        PRE LISTING INSPECTION/ SELLERS 

          Eventually your buyers are going to conduct an inspection.  If you inspect prior to listing or selling, you already know what to do to make your home sellable and are given the oppertunity to correct any problems before its time to close  the transaction.  Defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks later.
